Flooring Installation in Davis & Weber County

Flooring over a basement slab is its own skill. Concrete is never flat and never fully dry. Skip the prep and you get clicking seams, soft spots, and planks that gap within a year.

We install luxury vinyl plank, laminate, and carpet across Davis and Weber County, on main floors and in basements. Subfloor prep is part of every quote, not an add-on. That means grinding high spots, filling low ones, and checking the slab for moisture before anything goes down.

Flooring we install

Luxury vinyl plank (LVP)

The workhorse of Utah basements. Waterproof, durable, and warm underfoot with the right underlayment.

Laminate & floating floors

Installed with proper expansion gaps and transitions, so seasonal humidity swings don't buckle the floor.

Carpet

Bedrooms, stairs, and family rooms. Stretched tight, with seams placed where they won't show.

Subfloor prep

Leveling, moisture barriers, and underlayment over concrete. You never see this part, and it decides how the floor feels and lasts.

Common questions

What's the best flooring for a Utah basement?

For most basements, LVP. It's waterproof, it handles the temperature swings of below-grade rooms, and it survives kids and pets. Carpet still makes sense in bedrooms and theater rooms where warmth matters most. We bring samples from lines we've actually installed and lived with.

Can you install flooring directly over concrete?

Yes, that's most of our basement work. We check the slab for moisture and flatness first, grind the high spots, fill the low ones, and put down the right underlayment before the floor. That prep is why our basement floors don't click or gap later.

Do you move furniture and remove old flooring?

Yes. Tear-out and haul-away get quoted up front, and we handle the furniture in the rooms we're working in. You just pick the floor.
